REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made within an appropriate timeline (at least 48 hours before the session), will receive a FULL refund.
Clients must understand that the consultancy business is a time sensitive industry, thus acknowledging the importance of making the consultant aware that they (the client) will be unable to attend, at least 48 hours before the session.
Cancellations of sessions made less than 48 hours before the session will NOT be eligible for a refund. Clients will be able to move the session to a future date, if they wish, by sending an email to the consultant at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Clients who have cancelled a session and wish to reschedule that session should not proceed to re-book the session online because it will prompt the client to pay again.
Customers are required to pay a deposit to reserve a spot at events with limited space. Cancellations made within an appropriate timeline (at least 48 hours before the session), will receive a FULL refund. If customers are unable to make the event, this spot is transferable. To transfer a spot to a new event, clients must send an email to email@example.com BEFORE the person arrives at that new event.
